Wellingborough Seventh-day Adventist Church

Mission Focus

Supporting the Adventist Mission is an important part of the Sabbath School programme in all Seventh-day Adventist church. Through a weekly Mission Spotlight, we learn more about the mission work taking place across the globe, and how lives have been transformed by this work. It also provides an opprtunity for members to witness the impact their mission offerings make in the work of taking the gospel to all the world.

During our Sabbath School programme this quarter (April - June 2017), we will be hearing the experiences of various individuals within the Southern-Asia Division.

On the Thirteenth Sabbath of each quarter, we collect an offering to support specific projects. This quarter's Thirteen Sabbath offering will support the building of:

- a training center for division-wide church meetings and training programs in Telangana state in central India
- girls’ dormitory in Nagaland state in northeastern India
- girls’ dormitory at James Memorial Higher Secondary School in Tamil Nadu state in southeastern India
- a classroom block for Vellarada Adventist High School in Kerala state in southern India
- a classroom block for Alate Adventist High School in Maharashtra state in western India.
